Can you give a quote over the phone?

Unfortunately, we can't. Our experienced technicians are required to thoroughly test the unit in order to properly diagnose. The quote is given upon the diagnosis!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or card. This includes all US-issued magstripe or chip cards.

Do you carry parts with you?

Some, but often times we will partner with local supply houses to get parts in quickly. Though appliances may look the same, every brand and model has different part numbers specific to the unit!

Do you provide a warranty for your services?

Yes, we offer a warranty for the services we provide. There is a 30-day part warranty and a 90-day labor warranty. This warranty only applies if we diagnose and purchase the parts.
